What's included in each tier?
Insider ($10/mo) gets you every premium article and insider report, VIP events with players, and access to the private Discord. Silver ($40/mo) adds insider interviews and videos, player film analysis, and both the football and basketball swag boxes. Gold ($100/mo) adds an annual replica jersey and polo, two Gold-only events, and free entry to all CougConnect events.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Every plan is cancel-anytime — manage your subscription from your account page and you keep access through the end of your billing period.
How do the swag boxes work?
Silver and Gold swag boxes ship after their eligibility windows — once your subscription has been active through the window, your box goes out. Gold jerseys and polos are annual.
How do I unlock the subscriber Discord channels?
Join the CougConnect Discord server (free for every fan), then verify your subscription in the #verify channel. Insider channels unlock automatically once you're verified.
Does my subscription really support the players?
Yes — that's the whole point. CougConnect was started by fans and players together, and subscriptions pay the players who create content, run events, and show up for this community.

No. CougConnect is an independent, fan- and player-founded media company. We are not affiliated with BYU Athletics.
