How does it work?
Pick a tier and a length, pay, and tell us who it is for. We email them a claim link — right away, or on the morning you choose — with your note. They set up an account with their email and they are in. We tell you the moment they open it.
Do I need an account?
Yes, a free one: it is where you see whether the gift was opened, resend it, or change the address. The membership itself goes on their account, never yours, and nothing recurring is set up for you.
Can I hand it over myself?
Yes. Every gift has a link and a short code you can copy from your account and text, print or read out. Leave the recipient email blank at checkout and we will not send anything until you say so.
How long does it last?
Exactly what you bought: one year or one month from the day they claim it. It does not renew and nobody is charged again. Before it ends we let them know how to keep their seat.
Does a gift include the swag box or the jersey?
No — those go out to members paying for Silver and Gold. A gift covers everything else: the articles and reports, the Discord and its channels by tier, the podcast extras, the voice chats and AMAs, and the events.
What if they already have a membership?
Their claim link still works whenever they want it; a gift never expires unclaimed. If they are mid-subscription, get in touch and we will sort out the timing.
