Welcome to CougConnect. By subscribing to our platform, participating in our Discord server, attending events, or accessing exclusive content, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
By using CougConnect, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any community guidelines we publish.
CougConnect is intended for users 18 years or older. If you are under 18, you may only use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Subscription tiers, pricing, and access to premium content are clearly listed at the time of purchase.
All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless otherwise stated.
Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in loss of access to content and community benefits.
All videos, interviews, player appearances, and content shared on CougConnect (including Discord) are the intellectual property of CougConnect or our licensors.
Redistribution, recording, copying, or republishing of any premium content is strictly prohibited.
Watermarks and tracking methods may be used to identify unauthorized sharing.
You may gain access to confidential or exclusive information, including but not limited to:
Team insights, player updates, recruiting details, and behind-the-scenes footage.
You agree not to:
Share, distribute, screenshot, record, or otherwise leak confidential content from CougConnect or its affiliated Discord.
Post exclusive content on social media, message boards, or other public/private forums.
Violation of this clause may result in legal action. CougConnect reserves the right to seek damages (including financial losses) and permanently ban individuals who share confidential material.
By joining our Discord server, you agree to:
Be respectful. No personal attacks toward players or members. We foster a positive, respectful space for fans and athletes.
Avoid discriminatory language. Racism, sexism, or any form of hate speech will not be tolerated.
Keep it clean. Refrain from excessive profanity. We aim to reflect values shared by much of our fanbase.
Don’t leak content. Our content is exclusive to paying members. Leaking harms our community and undermines what we’re building.
No trolling or inflammatory behavior.
Stay on topic. Personal judgments, off-topic debates, and calls to “repent” are not part of this space.
Respect all individuals. Including athletes, admins, moderators, and fellow members.
Violation of these rules may result in removal from the server or termination of your subscription.
Participation in in-person or virtual events is subject to availability and may require RSVP or payment.
Attendees must follow any event-specific rules, including conduct expectations.
CougConnect is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses that occur at or in connection with events.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to CougConnect at any time for violations of these Terms or community guidelines. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CougConnect disclaims liability for:
Errors in content
User conduct
Event-related incidents
Loss of data or access
CougConnect may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify members of material updates via email or Discord.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
