Well Cougar fans, what a fun roller coaster ride the last few days have been. Honestly, it was nerve-wracking and terrible for me for a large stretch of that, but at least it ended well. Like, really well. I don’t know if we realize how drastic some of the changes announced were.
Along with retaining Kalani, which is a huge win, we got improvements that will help retain staff and gets millions more in NIL for our guys. I’ve received lots of texts from excited players about keeping their coaches around and the prospect of more NIL opportunities. It’s also good to have all this behind us so we can focus on the title game.
