Today’s practice was a great one. Lots of energy and a lot of excitement. I think having the media there and a lot of coaches from the coaches clinic really played into that. I enjoyed every team period we had.
It was a balanced practice as far as who won. Defense did really good during the 2 minute team period but offense dominated the following two team periods. Overall, I think both sides of the ball made improvements.
