We hit the halfway point of spring ball this past Saturday after our first scrimmage and it was a good one. The offense was dominating the whole day and everyone was making plays left and right. There was so much juice and energy the defense couldn’t match the offenses energy and it showed. The offense was able to drive up and down the defense and they scored on every single drive they had.
The qbs are looking really good both jake and Gerry are really battling for that one spot and Treyson is playing really well too. He can throw it all over the yard and makes it look effortless. I definitely think this battle is going to go all the way into fall camp to decide who’s going to be the starter because both of them are playing lights out and making big plays time and time again. With spring ball hitting the halfway point we’ve had a lot of plays made and had a lot of really good practices.
