All eyes on ASU with a win or go home mentality. The biggest game of the year
This past weekend was a tough one. We knew we didn’t play to our best potential, nowhere near, and the result was that Kansas spoiled our undefeated hopes. Our defense played lights out, however we did not come out firing in the first quarter, and allowed them to score easily on the first drive. The offense seemed to be pushing the ball down the field, but we couldn’t complete drives and made some crucial mistakes. The BYU team that we are and have been all season did not come out to play Saturday night, and there’s no reason to point fingers at anyone. We knew what we had to do, and we didn’t execute. The coaches gave us a great game plan and we just couldn’t finish. Kansas spoiled our undefeated hopes, but at the end of the day, we control our own destiny. We determine what happens the remainder of the season, and we look at Arizona State as the biggest game of the year yet.
