Transfer portal season is upon us again! This time around, it didn’t exactly open the way we wanted. Keelan and Harrison will be missed. Both would’ve played starting roles and had been in their respective systems long enough that their experience was a huge asset.
However, I believe this portal season will end with celebrations from Cougar fans. BYU is super active in the portal, and every player I know they’ve been in contact with is top-notch. The staff is playing some strategy here, too. I think they’re eager to keep most of these players and their positions under wraps. The last thing they want is to chase some of their current players into the portal by revealing who they’re talking to at those same positions.
