To qualify for a Swag bag, you need to have an active CougConnect membership during the designated eligibility periods:
Go to Account-> Subscriptions -> Update, and you should have the option to re-enable it. If it has passed your original billing cycle, you’ll need to repurchase a subscription – don’t worry you can use your original email and username. You’ll want to Login -> Become a Subscriber and choose your membership package.

To qualify for a Swag bag, your membership must remain active throughout the entire eligibility window. If your membership is canceled before the end date, you will not qualify for the Swag bag.
