Well a lot can change in a few weeks. A lot of fans are asking themselves is this really possible? Are we really in playing a March Madness game? Most fans last season thought this wouldn’t have even been a possibility. But credit to the hard work of players and staff. You can tell both have put forth great effort to improve and it’s been fun watching them exceed expectations.
The next question fans are asking is, are we really bringing back all this experience and adding exciting recruits like Chandler and Davis? Well a big part of that question was what was Mark Pope going to do? He has proven to be a coach who can get the most out of his players and can resurrect players careers. Players like Alex Barcello and Jaxson Robinson are good examples of this. So with interesting coaching jobs like those at University of Washington and Louisville available, would Pope consider taking those jobs? If he did would players follow him or go elsewhere?
